Possible finishes
Polished
Abrasive treatments under high pressure with repeated applications result in a shiny surface, highlighting the color of the natural stone.
Honed
A honed finish is identical to a polished finish, being the surface smooth, but without shine or slight reflections.
Sanded
A jet of silica sand is projected against the material through an air gun, which generates very small craters and highlights the color of the stone.
Sawn
Rough and irregular surface with small undulations in a matte tone.
Hammered
The material is hit with a hammer, which generates craters evenly distributed in different sizes on the surface of the natural stone.
Brushed
Abrasive treatments under high pressure with repeated applications on the material, result in a smooth surface where the stone gains more natural tones.
Scratched
The material is scraped so that the surface displays a texture with straight reliefs and natural colors.
Leather
The material is brushed with several brushes and the result is a slightly wavy surface, very soft, warm and smooth to the touch.
